Capital Investments Associate / Manager – Real Estate Development Fund

Seeking a Capital Investments Associate/Manager to support underwriting, deal execution, and fund build-out for an early-stage real estate development fund. The role focuses on disciplined underwriting, risk-adjusted returns, and capital preservation, with exposure to land acquisitions, ground-up development, and fund structuring.

Responsibilities include financial modeling, deal analysis, investor materials, and coordination with legal, tax, and accounting partners. Ideal candidate has 3–7+ years of experience in real estate investing, development, PE, or a family office environment, or a strong academic background in real estate (e.g., MRED or related degree), along with advanced Excel skills and a judgment-driven mindset.

Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects and engineers to create technical drawings and plans for various projects.

• Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work for construction projects
• Calculate dimensions, weight limitations, and material requirements
• Ensure final designs comply with building regulations and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and other professionals
• Identify and communicate potential design problems to the team
• Prepare variations of designs as needed
• Create diagrams, maps, and layouts to illustrate workflow
